Tetrix is a modern version of the classic Tetris game. It was released by odiousgames.co.uk in early 2007. Points are scored by clearing rows and by making the pieces drop faster by holding the down arrow. As the game goes on, the level increases and this causes the pieces to fall faster.
Controls
Use the left, right & down arrow keys to move the pieces.
Press the up arrow key to rotate them.
Press P to pause.
Click the music note icon in the top right corner to mute the music.
Game Design
All of the graphics and game design are by odious
The graphics were made using Adobe Photoshop 7.0 and the game itself using Macromedia Flash MX
The game code was adapted from a tutorial by Eddie, which can be found here.
The in-game music is a loop taken from Firestarter by The Prodigy
